Jacobs is looking for a talented Document Controller to be part of transformative projects that shape the Kingdom’s future.Driving Meaningful Impact ThroughSupport the document control process for change documentation using current systems available, i.e. Aconex, Prism Take ownership of existing Change Register and keeping it up to date with Change Request, Change Authorisation Request, Instruction and Agreed Value of Instruction information Monitor performance of Commercial Managers where change documents are not being progressed within agreed timescales. Provision of administrative support, where required QA check all information coming on to the systems and process accordingly Follow the distribution matrix for internal distribution of documents and correspondence Produce quantitative, status and analysis reports Support senior staff on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments Here's what you'll needA bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline ideally with at least 3 years professional experience within a project or programme management setting Experience with EDMS such as Aconex/Prism Excellent organization and time management skills are essential as well as IT skills covering Excel, Word and Outlook From our inclusive employee networks to our positive mental health champions – we’re committed to driving a culture of caring where you can be you.
