Job Description

The Commercial Lead is responsible for driving the overall commercial performance of the ecommerce channels of Xpress Path, Inc. - the ecommerce partner of UL Skin Science and UNILAB. This includes developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, managing key accounts and relationships with major ecommerce platforms and principals, and leveraging digital marketing knowledge to optimize online presence and profitability.Sales and Commercial​Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals across all e-commerce platforms.​Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.​Manage budgets and forecasts for the ecommerce business, ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROI).​Drive continuous improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value, basket size, and customer acquisition cost.​Key Account Management​Serve as the primary point of contact for principals and key Ecommerce partners, including TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee.​Negotiate favorable terms and agreements to secure product placements, promotional opportunities, and platform support.​Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with principals and platform representatives to ensure the business is aligned with their strategic initiatives.​Ecommerce & Store Marketing​Collaborate with the Ecommerce marketing teams to help support and execute effective digital and ecommerce marketing campaigns, especially on in-platform tools. ​Possess a strong understanding of on-platform advertising tools (search, affiliates, videos, live)​Ensure product listings and pages are optimized with high-quality content, including compelling descriptions and high-resolution images​Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and refine campaigns for enhanced performance.​Qualifications​Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ​12+ years of experience in a commercial or sales leadership role. Ecommerce experience is a plus.​Proven experience in managing and growing a business on major ecommerce marketplaces.​Deep knowledge of ecommerce business models, digital marketing principles, and sales analytics.​Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Experience in sales forecasting and budget management.​
