Your Mission (Covington, GA)Be the expert who transforms drawings and site realities into clear, defensible numbers for complex industrial electrical work.What You'll TackleDevelop line-item estimates for industrial electrical scopes: materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.Scrutinize plans and specifications to confirm scope and flag risks or gaps.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather inputs and validate assumptions.Perform site walks to verify conditions, quantify work, and refine takeoffs.Curate and continuously update a historical pricing database for benchmarking.Request and negotiate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.Contribute to bid proposals and help prepare client presentations.Stay current on codes, standards, and market trends to keep estimates compliant and competitive.What You BringProven background in electrical estimating for industrial facilities.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installation practices.Hands-on skill with estimating platforms and Microsoft Office.Exceptional math, analysis, and attention to detail.Collaborative communicator who works well with technical and commercial stakeholders.Ability to work independently and juggle multiple concurrent bids.Certification or a related degree in electrical engineering is advantageous.Why This Role MattersYour work sharpens our competitive edge and ensures we deliver accurate, code-compliant, and high-quality electrical solutions to our clients.
