Are you an Electrical Engineer with a passion for high voltage systems and complex infrastructure projects? About The RoleThis role offers the chance to work on high-profile projects across multiple sectors (Data Centres, Aviation, Defence & Transport Infrastructure). You’ll play a key part in delivering critical infrastructure projects that demand reliability, resilience, and innovation, while contributing to the continued growth and success of our business.In This Role, You WillSupport project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects. Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Lead small design projects and support larger, complex programmes, ensuring technical excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and engineering of high voltage electrical systems (11kV to 132kV+). Develop detailed electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including architects, civil, mechanical, and ICT engineers. Ensure compliance with Australian standards, defence requirements, and client specifications. Deliver electrical designs, including high voltage distribution, redundancy systems, and power resilience strategies. Support multiple projects concurrently, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent). Experience in building services engineering, ideally within a consulting environment. Proven experience in High Voltage design, including critical power infrastructure. Proven track record in delivering large infrastructure projects (Data Centres, Airports, Defence). Sound understanding of power distribution, redundancy, fault protection, and energy efficiency Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC, etc.). Familiarity with BIM, Revit MEP, and Navisworks (advantageous). Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
