You’ll produce engineering documentation, develop BMS software and graphics, optimise control systems, and provide on-site technical support to ensure every project is accurate, efficient, and fit for purpose.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and update engineering drawings, points lists, functional descriptions, and O&M manualsDevelop BMS software, graphics, programming, and site-buildingTune PID loops and support commissioning teams with troubleshootingConduct site visits to ensure programs and graphics meet operational requirementsConfigure system IP networks, including internet connectivityIdentify value-adding, cross-selling, and efficiency improvement opportunitiesCommunicate effectively and work collaboratively across teamsParticipate in training, promotions, and cross-functional initiativesSupport a culture of continuous improvement and quality standardsRequirementsStrong experience with BMS, HVAC, building controls, or automation systemsBackground in managing or supporting technical teamsExperience with installations, commissioning support, and controls engineeringWell-developed analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent customer service and communication skillsHighly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedAble to manage multiple tasks and shifting prioritiesStrong relationship-building ability and a solutions mindsetBenefitsAttractive salary package + Full time permanent opportunityCar allowance + mobile phone + laptopExcellent job stability + Ongoing training and development opportunitiesInclusive work environment + Supportive management teamOur commitment to youOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
