About OttimateOttimate is an AI-powered AP [Accounts Payable] automation platform that empowers finance teams to reduce costs, prevent overpayments, detect fraud, and enforce policy compliance across the entire invoice-to-payment lifecycle.The RoleYou will report to the Director of Growth and be responsible for planning and executing all Ottimate events. Working closely with the marketing and sales teams, your efforts will have a direct impact on generating awareness, pipeline, and revenue for the business.Roles & Responsibilities:Strategize, plan, and execute marketing events across North America, from flagship tradeshows to small, regional conferences and dinnersManage internal company events, including a major supporting role in Otticon, our annual company-wide conferenceConcept and manage event visual identity, including booth buildouts, supporting collateral, and other related materialsWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to oversee end-to-end logistics, solve problems in real-time, and ensure flawless execution at every eventBuild and nurture relationships with our vendors, partners, and suppliersEnsure all event data is correctly attributed in our CRM so we can measure ROIPartner with our enablement team to ensure all event attendees are well-trained to welcome prospects, partners and customers to our eventsAlign with our customer marketing team to create unique and memorable customer experiences at each eventRequirementsRequirements:3-5 years of event marketing experience, previously at a SaaS company, is highly preferredExceptional communication skills.
