Your work will include:Proactively managing the CEO’s diary, correspondence, and meetings.Coordinating executive and Board meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-up actions.Supporting project management and administrative initiatives, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard.Assisting with marketing, communications, and campaign coordination.Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with integrity.You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to streamline processes and enhance executive efficiency across the organisation.What We’re Looking ForProven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrator supporting executives or boards.Exceptional organisational, time management, and communication skills.High-level attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.Strong professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters.Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).DesirableExperience in education, OSHC, or not-for-profit sectors.Familiarity with marketing, communications, or social media coordination.Experience supporting governance processes, including Board meeting preparation and minute-taking.Our commitment to inclusion and child safeguardingAt Jabiru, everyone is welcome.
