Executive – SAP SupportWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our ERP Support Team as an Executive – SAP Support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting users across departments in their SAP-related requirements, ensuring system efficiency and alignment with operational needs.Candidate Profile:A Degree in Business Management with exposure to ERP systems.2–3 years of experience in SAP user support, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong understanding of SAP workflows, user roles and basic functional configurations.Excellent communication, analytical and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple user requests and maintain a high level of service.Exposure to SAP S/4HANA will be a distinct advantage.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, as well as functional and technical consultants.Translate sector requirements into clear, actionable specifications.Provide functional support across various SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, CS, PS) based on business requirements.Possess strong knowledge of SAP security, including user creation and maintenance, role-based access control (RBAC), SAP authorisation management within the sector and SAP Licensing management and optimisation.Train end users on new SAP processes and functionalities.Act as the first point of contact for user questions, issues, and support related to SAP.Coordinate with the IT and business teams to analyse user needs and recommend process improvements.Conduct SAP user training and documentation to improve system utilisation.Liaise with Group SAP Consultants and vendors for advanced SAP issues and upgrades.Monitor SAP system performance and ensure timely issue resolution.Please submit your application via email to dinesha.amiyangoda@hayleysfentons.com within 10 days of this advertisement, clearly indicating the position in the subject line.
