Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEOJob Overview:The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills to ensure the CEO’s schedule, communications, and operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Key Responsibilities:Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel plans.Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.Organize meetings and record minutes.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Support special projects and follow up on tasks.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.3–5 years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.Strong English communication.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong multitasking and time management abilities.High attention to detail and confidentiality.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Professional attitude and interpersonal skills.
