The company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has established its reputation worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Production Engineer will oversee day-to-day production processes, plan and optimize manufacturing workflows, maintain quality control standards, and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include conducting production analysis, solving problems, and communicating effectively with internal teams to meet production goals and maintain compliance with industry standards.Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Trade, Food Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.· Minimum 7 years’ export sales experience in FMCG or frozen food manufacturing (potatoes, vegetables, or ready-to-cook).· Proven track record managing distributors in Europe, North America, or North Africa.·   Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics, incoterms (CIF, FOB, EXW), and labeling regulations (EU, FDA).·   Familiar with private label programs and both retail and food service channels.· Fluent in English; French or Spanish is an advantage.·    Willingness to travel internationally (30–40%).
