Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for a Finance role where you will oversee the financial and related administrative activities of our Romania entity and ensure compliance with the local and company's financial policies and procedures. Additionally, you will provide timely and accurate financial reporting to management and collaborate with other team members to support the financial needs of the business.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Romanian accounting and tax regulationsExperience with financial reporting and analysisBusiness Process Outsourcing managementAbility to work crossfunctionalAbility to work independently and remotely, with strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and RomanianProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software such as SAP or QuickBooks
