Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a FMCG Sales Executive, based in Kathmandu. The FMCG Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by identifying potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, analyzing sales data, preparing sales reports, and implementing strategies to increase product visibility and market share. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills along with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and client relationship management within the FMCG industryStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability in sales planning, implementation, and achieving targetsFamiliarity with market research, competitor analysis, and territory managementProficiency in analyzing sales data and preparing reports to inform decision-makingAbility to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and team membersAdaptability, results-driven mindset, and problem-solving capabilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience with CRM tools and proficiency in relevant software is a plus
