Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our team on-site in Kathmandu. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable riding gear, providing product recommendations, maintaining an organized showroom, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will also oversee inventory and collaborate with the team to uphold the company's reputation for authenticity and quality.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and providing exceptional serviceSales skills and experience in achieving sales targetsProduct knowledge of riding gear and enthusiasm for motorcycling is an advantageOrganizational and time management skills to maintain inventory and showroom presentationAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales certifications are a plus
