Sales & Target AchievementAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Monitor and improve sales performance across all categories (automotive, industrial, etc.).Forecast demand and ensure availability of stock at distributor and dealer levels.2. Market DevelopmentIdentify new potential dealers, retailers, and mechanics.Expand Lubricants market share in Butwal and surrounding territories.Implement area-specific strategies to counter competition.3. Distributor & Dealer ManagementAppoint, train, and manage regional distributors and dealers.Monitor distributor inventory levels and order cycles.Resolve issues related to pricing, stock, delivery, and returns.4. Promotions & BrandingExecute promotional activities such as mechanic meets, retailer schemes, and branding drives.Ensure visibility of Lubricants products at retail points.Collaborate with the marketing team for local campaigns.5. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, mechanics, and fleet owners.Collect regular feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Address customer complaints or issues in coordination with the support team.6.
