As we expand our footprint in Nepal, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Sales Manager to drive our project sales business in Kathmandu.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to win project-based orders (builders, contractors, developers, architects).Identify and pursue new project opportunities in construction and real estate.Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders: contractors, architects, consultants, developers.Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, technical submittals, and design-specification documents.Lead the tendering / bidding process: coordinate with internal teams to prepare competitive offers.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms for tile supply in construction projects.Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams on tile specification, installation, and project execution.Visit project sites regularly, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery and handover.Track project sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and prepare regular reports for senior management.Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Proven experience (ideally 5+ years) in project sales within the building materials / construction materials industry.
