About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Global Talent Sourcing & Research Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia. This role is pivotal in identifying top talent, building strategic sourcing pipelines, and supporting regional hiring needs in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment for Thailand region including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer managementFacilitate and lead meetings & key initiatives with recruiting teams and hiring managers.Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social media, job boards, and networking to identify top candidates.Conduct market research and talent mapping to support strategic workforce planning.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of multilingual candidates across the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore.Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.Leverage CRM and ATS platform to build and maintain a database of top talent across different function areas.Act as a brand ambassador leveraging a multi-channel strategy, in partnership with Talent Brand & Communications to promote our Employer Value Program (EVP) in the target market.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline.3–5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a regional or global capacity.Demonstrated ability to build recruiting strategy, employer branding, candidate management, talent sourcing with emphasis on diversity and inclusion.Strong communication skills with fluency in English.Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRMs, and ATS platforms.Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.Ability to work onsite full-time at the Bangkok office.PreferredExperience supporting positions in Sales or Operations is preferredWorking proficiency in Malay & Filipino
