The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for creating visually appealing content, and experience in a variety of design software. You will work closely with the marketing team to create designs that reflect the brand identity and effectively communicate our message to our audience.Qualifications·      Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Creation: Develop visually stunning graphics for digital and print media, including social media content, banners, brochures, flyers, and website assets.Brand Consistency: Maintain and reinforce the company’s visual identity across all projects.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas and concepts into compelling visuals.Design Concepts: Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and finalize designs.File Preparation: Prepare and export files in various formats for web, print, and social media platforms.Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure designs remain fresh and relevant.Print Production: Prepare and review designs for print production, ensuring quality control and adherence to specifications.·      Skills and QualificationsProven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing design projects.Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with web design and video editing.Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
