Now in our pre-IPO growth phase, we’re scaling our platforms and teams to power the next chapter of Spinny’s journey.Job Location: Sector 48 GurgaonWork from office: 5 days a week RoleAt Spinny, Auctions is our B2B platform enabling local used car dealers to discover, bid for, and purchase Spinny-certified cars seamlessly. The platform has scaled nearly 5x in the last 2 years, driven by product innovation and dealer trust. As the Group Product Manager for Auctions, you’ll own the product charter that powers our dealer marketplace - driving liquidity, pricing efficiency, and dealer engagement at scale. This role demands a strong product sense, a marketplace-first mindset, and deep comfort with data, experimentation, and growth.What You’ll OwnLead the end-to-end product strategy for Spinny’s B2B Auctions ecosystem- from dealer onboarding to bidding experience and post-sale satisfaction.Build and scale platforms that enhance dealer discovery, pricing transparency & repeat business.Partner closely with Business, Operations, and Engineering to drive liquidity, optimize matching efficiency, and improve transaction velocity.Define and track key success metrics like - auction conversion, dealer NPS, repeat participation rate, time-to-sale, and pricing spread.Use experimentation, segmentation, and other insights to improve dealer engagement & retention.Build data-driven pricing and recommendation systems to balance dealer margins with inventory velocity.Conduct competitive and market analysis to anticipate trends in the B2B auto ecosystem and evolve our product strategy.Lead PMs, set product vision, and build a culture centered on impact, learning, and ownership.What Makes You a Fit7–10 years in product management, including 1–2 years leading a team and/or vertical.Hands-on experience with user research, product discovery, and A/B experimentation to inform roadmap decisions.Strong analytical mindset - adept at translating business goals into scalable product frameworks.Proven experience improving conversion, engagement, or retention metrics through product-led initiatives.Track record of mentoring PMs and fostering a product culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.Prior exposure of leading B2B of a two-sided business, pricing systems, or auction models is a plus.Why SpinnyYou’ll define and scale the product that fuels our B2B growth engine and directly impacts profitability.You’ll work with high-ownership teams solving complex marketplace challenges on a national scale.You’ll shape how thousands of dealers across India discover and trade Spinny-certified cars - building trust and transparency into every transaction.
