This role coordinates with cross-functional teams including category, sourcing, supply chain, quality and marketing to ensure launches are delivered on-time and in-full. The position supports strategic growth by converting ideas into commercially successful market offerings.Qualifications And SkillsProven track record in project management, including planning, coordinating, and delivering innovation projects on time and within scopeProficiency in using Microsoft Project for planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress across multiple stakeholderStrong capability in planning complex initiatives, aligning diverse teams, and executing strategic roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables.Ability to develop and implement comprehensive innovation strategies to meet business objectives and adapt to evolving market needs.Qualification: Graduation; MBA preferredRoles And ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the planning and execution of innovation projects that enhance Reliance Retails value proposition for customers and stakeholders.Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and status updates using Microsoft Project to track deliverables and dependencies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and technology to ensure seamless execution of new product initiatives.Maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and in full.Report on project progress, results, and learnings to senior management, ensuring all innovation initiatives align with organizational goals and customer needs.
