This leader will oversee and scale three key functions - GTM Enablement, Product Enablement, and Business Operations Enablement to support Everbright's next phase of growth.You'll be responsible for turning our India office into a high-performing execution hub that powers delivery, drives innovation, and enables cross-functional teams to operate at scale. From building new teams and workflows to aligning with U.S. leaders and stakeholders, this is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a strategic operator who thrives in zero-to-one environments. What You'll Do Strategy and LeadershipBuild and scale Everbright's India operations across GTM, product, and business functionsHire, coach, and develop functional leaders across all enablement domainsEstablish team structures, performance systems, and culture for a fast-scaling office Enablement DeliverySupport U.S. GTM initiatives with research, insights, and marketing executionLead product enablement across data analysis, QA, project management, and product development - ensuring fast, high-quality product supportScale business operations support across RCM, finance ops, HR, and IT enablement Cross-Functional ExecutionRun the Project Management Office (PMO) for key initiatives, task ownership, and deliverablesCollaborate with U.S. leadership to align priorities, workflows, and service-level expectationsBuild internal playbooks, systems, and SOPs to ensure speed, quality, and repeatabilityServe as the key operational bridge between India teams and U.S.-based stakeholders Performance and OptimizationSet and track KPIs for each enablement streamDrive continuous improvement across systems, workflows, and team capabilitiesReport regularly on progress, outcomes, and areas for investmentRequirementsWhat You Bring10 years of experience in healthcare operations, product, and/or GTM enablementProven success building cross-functional teams and processes from scratchSolid understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows (RCM, care ops, compliance, etc.)Experience managing directors or senior managers across functional areasExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teamsOperational mindset with the ability to bring clarity, structure, and speedPreferred QualificationsDeep experience in the U.S. healthcare industryExperience in digital health, health tech, or healthcare SaaSPrior experience in U.S. based Product or GTM operationsExperience operating in India ←→ U.S. structuresStrong systems thinking and analytical problem-solving skillsBenefitsCompetitive base salary and compelling performance-based incentives (e.g., bonus, equity)Comprehensive benefitsHybrid work model with flexibility
