The HR Operations Specialist will manage daily HR operations such as employee relations, HR policy implementation, and overall HR administrative tasks. The individual will support the HR team, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal coordination with teams, and smooth execution of HR functions. The role involves monitoring and improving HR processes to align with company objectives.Qualifications & Tamheer Requirements:• Saudi National• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Not currently employed• No previous enrollment in the Tamheer program• No GOSI contributions within the last 6 months•Active TAQAT account
