Human Resource Specialist📍 On-site | Makati Executive CenterAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Human Resource Specialist with atleast 1–3 years of experience to handle day-to-day HR operations, ensure DOLE compliance, manage compensation and benefits, and oversee the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting people and organizational growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage employee records and ensure compliance with DOLE standards and labor lawsAdminister payroll, timekeeping, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)Oversee compensation and benefits programsHandle the end-to-end recruitment process (posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)Assist in employee engagement, performance evaluation, and HR documentationCoordinate with management on HR policies, memos, and disciplinary actionsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration1–3 years of relevant HR experienceStrong knowledge of DOLE regulations, compensation and benefits, and recruitment processesExcellent communication and organizational skillsTrustworthy and capable of maintaining confidentialityWork Setup:On-site work at Makati Executive CenterWhy Join RSJ Experts Cap Consultancy?At RSJ Experts Cap Consultancy, we value people who care about both compliance and culture.
