Job SummaryThe HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of human resources functions, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent management. This role ensures the company attracts and hires high-performing employees while also contributing to HR operations, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment (Primary Focus)Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals.Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.Draft and review job descriptions to ensure alignment with company structure and competencies.Coordinate pre-employment checks, reference checks, and offer negotiations.Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems accurately.Assist in HR policy implementation, compliance, and documentation.Support HR reporting and analytics, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics.Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Any other appropriate duties assignedCompliance & Policy SupportEnsure adherence to local labour laws and company policies.Assist with audits, documentation, and reporting requirements.RequirementsDiploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.At least 2 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment or talent acquisition.Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
