Founded in 2006, the company pursued innovative thinking in making unique global perfumes which match the lifestyles and personalities of all clients.Job PurposeTo lead, coordinate, and execute all influencer marketing and celebrity collaborations across Egypt and MENA (Turkey, Lebanon, Morocco, Syria, Iraq) with a strong focus on performance, strategic relationship building, content generation, and brand visibility.Key Responsibilities Influencer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier influencers and content creators across Egypt & MENA. Maintain a regularly updated influencer database with pricing, performance, and categories. Negotiate and secure influencer collaborations at the best possible rates. Celebrity Engagement: Initiate and manage partnerships with relevant celebrities for gifting, unboxing, or promotional opportunities. Explore opportunities for zero-cost collaborations in exchange for high-value gifts or brand experiences. Content Coordination & Delivery: Oversee the entire content process: from briefing to shooting to publishing. Ensure content aligns with campaign goals and is shared across the brand’s platforms. Campaign Management: Be fully responsible for unboxing programs, influencer activations, and campaign execution. Lead influencers campaigns and ensure proper influencer briefing and output tracking. Event Coordination: Manage influencer invitations, appearances, and content coverage during events. Oversee photography, videography, and live coverage coordination. Program Planning & Reporting: Prepare structured briefs for every program and promotional initiative. Deliver monthly performance reports with measurable KPIs for each market. Regional Execution: Achieve monthly influencer marketing targets across Egypt, Turkey, Lebanon, Morocco, Syria, and Iraq. Customize approach per country while maintaining unified brand tone and vision. Digital & Social Media Understanding: Strong background in digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Work closely with the digital team to align influencer content with media buying and performance goalsRequired Qualifications 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management. Strong network of influencers, public figures and celebrities across Egypt & MENA. Excellent negotiation, coordination, and communication skills. Fluency in Arabic & English (French is a plus). Talented enough to create a good content in Arabic & English words. Proven ability to meet campaign KPIs and drive social buzz.
