We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable.”Job ResponsibilitiesRadio ContentYou will assist in the creation and scheduling of radio content and playlists, collaborate with the content team to develop engaging radio content as well as supporting the content team with editing tasks.RequirementsTo produce ‘Trio Petang SINAR’ daily from Monday to FridayRequired to attend radio station events on weekend when neededLead brainstorming sessions with drive talents and content manager to generate ideasTo plan and execute drive stunts weekly for ‘Trio Petang SINAR’Be up to date on current issues and/or matters relating to target audienceEnsure drive content (audio, pictures, videos) are made available across all platforms (websites, social networking, podcasts, mobile)Organise and roster relevant artists and/or personalities to be interviewed on drive showScheduling of Music, Execution of station format and strategies effectively within the guidelinesTo prepare promo scripts and CSA scripts for announcers and artists
