[INTERNSHIP] Tiktok Content & Affiliate Intern

We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and proactive Tiktok Content & Affiliate Intern to join our team at Natural Farm. In this role, you’ll support the TikTok Content and Affiliate Program, from recruiting and managing creators to helping produce engaging TikTok content, all to drive awareness and sales across Natural Farm’s TikTok ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing the TikTok Affiliate Program, including helping recruit, onboard, and communicate with creators.Coordinate product sample shipments for affiliates and ensure content is uploaded according to campaign timelines.Monitor and report weekly performance of affiliate creators (content uploads, engagement, and sales).Assist with day-to-day TikTok campaign tasks, such as submitting campaigns, listing products, checking approvals, applying products to campaigns, and tracking overall campaign performance.Assist in creating TikTok content (UGC-style, trend-based, or educational) to support affiliate and brand campaigns.Provide support to the digital marketing team in day-to-day tasks and activations.RequirementsFinal-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.Familiar with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and social media trends.Strong analytical skills, teamwork abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills for building relationships with affiliates.Up-to-date on industry trends in both influencer and affiliate marketing to continuously improve strategies and campaigns.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with good communication and coordination skills.Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reports.If you're interested, please send CV, and portfolio to webcom.mgr@naturalfarm.id.
