Job Description

Join Us as an IT Recruiter! We’re looking to expand Intuitech’s HR team with a motivated new colleague. We currently have 200 employees, and as our company portfolio grows with many exciting new projects, we’re primarily seeking someone for recruitment tasks. However, beyond recruitment, you’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in other HR activities. Working in the HR field of a dynamically developing company like ours is exciting, as we encounter plenty of new challenges every day. As a result of our growth, we’re launching several new organizational development projects – you can be part of these, helping to shape the future of the company.🚀 Responsibilities: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: from sourcing candidates through to onboarding, you will accompany your candidates throughout the journey. Actively sourcing potential candidates using various methods. Screening applicants and making the first contact with suitable candidates. You’ll be the first person applicants engage with, so making a strong first impression is crucial. Organizing online and in-person professional interviews. Drafting and posting job descriptions for new open positions. Taking part in developing our recruitment strategy – we welcome your innovative ideas on which channels and what messages to use for attracting talent 😊 Participating in ad-hoc HR administrative tasks, consistently tackling a variety of evolving challenges. Supporting employees with their questions and needs. Becoming a member of a highly skilled and tightly-knit community!🤩 What we expect from you: We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and creativeperson who doesn’t shy away from challenges, but approaches tasks independently and with ownership. At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment. You’ll be spending much of your time on active sourcing, so previous experience here is essential. Bachelor’s degree (BSc completed). Effective communication skills: you’re able to find common ground with everyone from the most introverted developer to the most extroverted Product Owner. Knowledge of IT keywords/terms: understanding the requirements of our open positions and being able to answer candidates’ technical questions. You speak English confidently and interviewing in English is not a problem for you either. What we offer to You: We invest in your growth with performance reviews every 6 months — when your progress shows you’re ready, we’ll make sure your promotion reflects that. Work on a MacBook or Lenovo and pick the gadgets that suit you best 👨 💻 Enjoy a hybrid setup with 2-3 days in our Budapest office (in the City Centre near Kálvin tér) In addition, you can use 10 “Work From Anywhere” days per year 🌍 We love spending time together: wine tastings, brunches, movie nights with pizza & beer, board game evenings, cocktail nights, and celebrating milestones with parties 🎉 Stay healthy with Medicare White health insurance, AllYouCanMove, and a Life1 fitness pass 🏃 ♂️💪 We value loyalty: +1 vacation day after 2 years, +2 after 5 years 🌴 And of course, enjoy free snacks and drinks in the kitchen (Túró Rudi, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, Coca-Cola, etc.) ☕️🍫🍇 About Intuitech: We’re a fast-growing tech company with big ambitions and a welcoming community of over 200 talented people. 😊 We keep things flat and open — our managers are approachable, and we stay clear of unnecessary bureaucracy. We work on real projects that solve real problems — we don’t build things no one will ever use. We love challenges and take pride in solving problems that seem impossible at first 💪 AI is reshaping our industry, and we’re all in — we’ve even built our own AI tool, ECHO, which we also use in our development processes to make our work smarter and smoother 🤖 We support your self-development by giving you space to grow, while always being there to mentor and guide you. Our hiring process is quick and efficient — just a maximum of two interviews.
