Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.The opportunityAs the new member of EY Hungary’s continuously growing Payroll Team within the Tax Service Line, your main task will be supervising payroll and tax returns, preparing statutory statistics and reports for various companies in the different industry sectors EY is active in.Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited toCoordinate and control the payroll tasks of our clientsCoordinate and control the analytics, calculations, statistics in relation with payrollPrepare monthly and quarterly returns and self-revisions of the returnsPrepare monthly and yearly reportsHandle all the tasks concerning year opening and closingBe well updated with the payroll legislations, policies and complianceMaintaining relationship with international clientsMaintaining a client-oriented mindset at all timesEstablishing strong relationships with your team membersSkills And Attributes For SuccessCommitted to life-long learning and professional improvementPositive attitude, willingness to work in a dynamic multinational environmentAbility to work with minimal supervisionAttention to details with a commitment to high quality and accuracyAbility to communicate effectively and efficient at all levelsClient-oriented mindsetTo qualify for the role, you must haveCertified Payroll and Social Security Administrator qualification3+ years of experience in Hungarian end-to-end payrollUser level knowledge in NEXONGood communication skills in EnglishGood knowledge of Office products (Ms Excel, Word, etc.)Up-to-date knowledge in social security, personal income tax and labour law related questionsUniversity degree in economics, finance or human resources is an advantage, but other relevant degrees are also accepted if supported by strong professional experienceWhat we look forHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
