Our dynamic and fast-paced development environment will challenge you to leverage your creative and technical skills to deliver commercially viable solutions within a heavily regulated industry.We are looking for a Junior Web Game Developer to join our growing team.In this role, you will work closely with senior developers, marketing, and design teams to deliver high-quality, interactive web applications that drive excitement and keep our players coming back. You’ll contribute to both new feature development and ongoing improvements of our promotional systems.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As a Junior Web Game Developer, you will:Develop and deploy monthly promotional events from concept to launchBuild interactive and high-performance web applications using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSSOptimise backend code to support high-traffic volumes (20,000+ daily users)Collaborate with marketing and design to translate campaign concepts into engaging digital experiencesMaintain and enhance existing promotional features and event systemsImplement tracking and analytics to measure event performanceEnsure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across all devicesDebug and resolve issues quickly, especially during active promotional periodsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented codeWHO ARE YOU?You have proficiency in PHP 8.1+You have a strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)You have experience working with MySQL or other relational databasesYou understand responsive web design principles and mobile-first developmentYou are familiar with RESTful APIsYou are comfortable working with GitYou are a creative problem-solver who can turn marketing concepts into technical solutionsYou are eager to learn and grow — if you don’t know something, you find a way to learn it (with our support!)It’s a plus if you have:Experience in iGaming or other high-engagement entertainment platformsKnowledge of gamification mechanics and user-engagement strategiesAt TinyPixels and Glitnor we firmly believe that our diversity is what makes us unique and that everyone is welcome to enjoy the ride!
