Join our dynamic team as a Lead - Student Administration & Support Services and play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless Administration & Support Services at Royal Institute of Colombo.Key Responsibilities Attending to student letter requests (Ex. Visa, student confirmations, special request letters)Be the custodian for student recruitment from the registration (Post Application and aptitude test) point till the student is fully enrolled.Collaborate with the finance team and be the custodian in student communications with regard to payment reminders.Allocating classes as per the lecturing timetables communicated by the academic coordinators.Venue management during RIC events (Parking facility, and premises availability etc.) and doing proper communication to HOD and the relevant parties.Contributing to the enhancement of the admissions process through feedback and suggestions based on experience and industry best practices. involvement in implementing new technologies or strategies to streamline processes.Collaborating with other campus stakeholders, such as finance, academic coordinators, to facilitate a seamless transition for admitted students and address any specific needsRecord and maintain timely and accurate information relating to registration and report effectively with the management for each enquiry/complaint and record timely follow-up actions.(Enquiries, visits, applications, withdrawals, starters, transfers, leavers, follow-ups, nature of complaints, to whom referred, status of complaint. And realign historical/manual data and synchronise with the system in a timely manner.)Ensure that student records, including personal information, course enrolments, and programs are accurate and up to date.Cascade information in a timely manner about student registrations to the Management, including the Head of Admissions, and Finance.Ensure data privacy and security of student records and admissions databases. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in academic or student administration within the education sector.Proven leadership and team management experience.Strong understanding of academic regulations and student lifecycle management.Excellent organizational and administrative skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in student information systems and MS Office tools.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
