POSITION SUMMARYRecruiters run a full desk and often work collaboratively to fill jobs and place candidates. This position focuses on locum tenens recruiting within the healthcare industry, requiring prior healthcare recruiting experience. The ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity with anesthesia specialties, including CRNAs and anesthesiologists. Recruiters in this role are responsible for sourcing, screening, and building lasting relationships with providers, while partnering closely with account managers and clients to ensure successful placements.MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or General BusinessLicensure & Certifications: N/APrevious Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job preferred, but all experience levels will be considered.Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop long-term professional relationships with all candidates and hiring managers; Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written); Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Possess a high sense of urgency and with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environmentProfessional level of verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with clinical leaders.Computer Skills: Proficiency with standard business software (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and using a laptop and mobile device is required. Strong ability to use word processing and database applications. Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard office equipment available.
