Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Sales Consultant based in Burlington, ON. The Consultant will engage with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert advice, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting clients with product selection, maintaining a deep understanding of luxury merchandise, and creating an inviting and personalized in-store experience. Additionally, the Consultant will build and nurture long-term client relationships while supporting the overall sales goals of the store. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to meet customer needs and drive salesStrong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise to deliver a premium client experienceExcellent Communication skills for engaging effectively with diverse clients and team membersPassion for luxury products, with knowledge of fine jewelry, luxury watches, and related categoriesAbility to build long-term client relationships and achieve sales targetsPrevious experience in luxury retail or a related field is an assetFlexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required
