MEP Lead Mechanical Site Engineer

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Site Engineer (MEP) to supervise and coordinate HVAC and Firefighting systems installation for high-voltage substation projects in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will lead a team of mechanical engineers and subcontractors, ensuring that all site activities comply with project specifications, SEC standards, and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the execution of HVAC and Firefighting works at substation sites.Review design drawings, material submittals, and method statements.Supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning activities.Ensure compliance with project schedule, quality standards, and SEC requirements.Coordinate with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams for interface management.Support procurement and material tracking for mechanical systems.Lead progress meetings and provide regular site reports.Enforce HSE compliance and ensure safe work practices.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 3 years in substations.Strong knowledge of HVAC and Firefighting systems (design, installation, and commissioning).SEC approval and transferable Iqama are mandatory.Proven leadership and communication skills.Ability to join within one month.Preferred Experience:Experience in projects under Saudi Electricity Company (SEC)
