The role is based in South Easton, MA, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, performing due diligence, assessing valuation metrics, and analyzing accounting data for potential acquisitions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports, and presenting findings to support company growth strategies.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills for assessing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insightsExpertise in Finance and experience in conducting Valuation and Due DiligenceKnowledge and experience in conducting Due Diligence for mergers and acquisitionsProficiency in Accounting, including understanding of financial statements and reportingExcellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying findings to stakeholdersAbility to work in a hybrid work environment (partially remote and on-site)Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
