Today, we are privileged to have in our team the best individuals in each sector we operate within the financial services industry.As a member of the Network Filtering team, the main responsibilities of the Operational Security Filtering Engineer are:Implement firewall flows on the various filtering devices according to requests validated through the "Tufin or DSO" tools.Ensure the proper deployment of Group and Local Security policies on the FW, Proxy, and WAF devices under our responsibility.Partner with ITRM projects and teams in the implementation of flows, including application flows.Conduct the various technical investigations necessary to resolve incidents or blockages encountered.Scope of application: All Security Filtering solutions (Firewall, Router, Proxy, WAF)Specific tasks:Ensure the implementation of filtering rules on all filtering devices (Firewall, Router, Proxy, WAF) while respecting the security policies currently in place and described in the "Firewall Request Management" procedure.Liaise with: the security teams within business units; security production teams; and technical architecture teams to develop risk analysis matrices based on needs and with a focus on automation.Serve as the point of contact and expert for suppliers to manage the technical aspects of their filtering solutions/products.Communicate and implement security best practices, proactively suggest improvements, and develop areas for continuous improvement. Operationally implement the security policies for Filtering tools.Maintain the operational status of the various Filtering security solutions:Manage incidents within your scope, including continuous monitoring of the solutions.Configure the tools within your scope.Ensure the sustainability of technical solutions and manage obsolescence.Ensure the proper functioning, maintainability, and scalability of applications (Access, Logs, Monitoring).Analyze and correct functional or technical anomalies reported by users of operational security solutions.Manage version upgrades and changes within your scope of applications, respecting the consistency of the application portfolio.Ensure the achievement of action plan objectives related to your scope (availability rate, incident resolution times).Formalize a sufficient procedural framework to guide the execution of operational processes.Main InteractionsITRMAgile Production SupportTechnical ArchitectsTribesTelecom & WorkspaceExpected SkillsTechnical Skills:Incident Management:Ability to record and maintain an incident lifecycle in ServiceNow.Ability to troubleshoot incidents.Soft Skills:Ability to collaborate/teamworkOrganizational skillsRigorProactivityCommunication skills - both oral and writtenAbility to synthesize/simplifyAdaptabilityCuriosity and a desire to learnLanguage Skills:Fluent in FrenchGood command of written and spoken English
