Position Overview: As the Director for Kuala Lumpur region, you will be a key driver in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of our client's business in the region. Reporting directly to the executive leadership, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, building strong client relationships, and fostering growth.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute strategic goals for the Kuala Lumpur region.Provide strategic insights to enhance market positioning and business expansion.Operational Excellence:Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.Lead client engagement initiatives and contribute to business development.Team Leadership:Lead and inspire the Kuala Lumpur team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.Drive employee engagement, professional development, and talent acquisition.Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Kuala Lumpur region.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.Partnership Management:Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including Odoo, to enhance collaboration and business success.Represent the company in industry events and forums.Qualifications:Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the Odoo ecosystem.Strong understanding of the Singapore and Kuala Lumpur market.In-depth knowledge of Odoo/other ERP solutions.Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
