Job Title: Administrative & Facilities SupportJob OverviewProvides general support related to building and administration concerns to enable employees to perform their tasks efficiently.Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for filing and safekeeping of the department's documents, such as logbooks, request forms, and other relevant recordsManages meeting/training room and projector reservation requests using Skedda softwareResolves building and administration concerns submitted through the online ticketing system (OTRS/ticketing services) to provide efficient and immediate actionEnsures timely payment of monthly utilities billingHandles requisition and inventory of office supplies, including consumable items, laptops, mobile phones, and other equipment to be issued to departments/employeesMonitors service maintenance of office furniture and equipment, such as air conditioning units, printers, etc.QualificationsGraduate of any business courseAt least 1 year of experience in building and facilities management, engineering maintenance services, procurement of office supplies, office equipment, and utilities managementProficient in standard office applications such as document, spreadsheet, and presentation toolsTeam player, adaptable, flexible, organized, and keen to details
