Premium Australian sporting brandInner South Sydney locationLoyal, hard-working culture with extremely low turnoverFull time role (8am-4pm / 9-5pm)Based in the Inner South suburb of Sydney, join this well established business creating premium, locally crafted sports equipment in this newly created role due to growth. This opportunity is truly the backbone of their operations and as an Office All-Rounder you will be across all admin, orders and supplier support.Responsibilities:Entering Sales OrdersOrder stock from Suppliers (local + overseas)Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needsTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryUpdate inventory databaseFollow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change ordersLiaise with warehouse staffAssist Purchasing Manager & Finance Officer when requiredRequirements:Work experience as a Purchasing and Admin Assistant, or similar roleGood understanding of supply chain and admin proceduresExperience with MYOBKnowledge of MS Excel and Google DocsSolid organisational skillsIf you have a proven track record in the above and enjoy working autonomously then this is the role for you!All applications treated in strict confidence.Note - due to the high volume of applicants, only successful candidates will be contacted.Permanent working rights in Australia required.
