Bring your reception experience, organisational skills, and positive attitude to become a valued member of our supportive, growing team – making a real difference every day.Position ResponsibilitiesWelcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmthMaking outbound calls and answering all in-bound calls.Monitoring emails as well as making inbound and outbound calls on behalf of the officeCoordinating deliveries, couriers and managing the mail inbox for the teamPlaying a key role in the organisation of staff functions, meetings and company eventsScanning and archiving any paper records – our office is to remain paperless where possibleManaging the inventory of office supplies, stationery and kitchen supplies, placing orders to top up the stockpile as requiredAssist with basic administrative tasks to support the teamAbout YouProficient in MS Outlook and Word1+ years of Reception experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailCommitted to providing exceptional service to clientsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
