Operation Specialist (B2C)

We help our client that looking for iGaming Operation Specialist, working onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.Job DescriptionHandle daily player inquiries and follow up on abnormal issues.Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to provide accurate insights and strategic recommendations.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of games or platforms and identify the main factors impacting revenue.Manage new game launches, content updates, and operational event planning; conduct testing of product updates.Support system risk management, assess risk models, and help prevent cheating or fraudulent activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce regular market research reports and competitor analysis to improve user experience.Monitor revenue performance, identify and resolve operational anomalies, analyze data fluctuations, and ensure smooth business operations.Handle and track user issues on the platform, propose solutions, and report findings to management.Requirements-Bachelor's degree required. 1-3 years of experience in game operations or a related role, with familiarity in analyzing key metrics (participation rate, conversion rate, ROI).Experience in B2C operations is required.Strong communication and logical thinking skills, high service orientation, and excellent emotional intelligence (EQ).Flexible and proactive in addressing player concerns and requests.Experience managing or operating social media communities or gaming communities is a strong advantage.Salary Open for negotiationWork ScheduleMon-Sat, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
