The company partners with clinicians, wellness brands, researchers, and health-focused ecosystems to expand access, education, and meaningful impact. As the organisation continues to scale, they are seeking a Partnerships Manager to accelerate growth through strategic collaborations across healthcare, consumer health, and digital health channels.The RoleThe Partnerships Manager will own the full lifecycle of partnership development from identifying new opportunities to negotiating deals, launching collaborations, and nurturing long-term relationships.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven, science-driven environment and can translate complex concepts into compelling partnership value. Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Strategy & Pipeline DevelopmentBuild and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities across verticals such as OBGYN, fertility, maternity, wellness brands, digital health platforms, diagnostic services, and research organisations.Assess partner fit based on strategic alignment, commercial potential, and overall impact.Identify new segments and collaboration models where early-life and family health insights can add value.Partner Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all strategic partners.Develop co-marketing and educational initiatives to support partner activation and growth.Coordinate partner onboarding, training, and ongoing operational alignment.Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners.Commercial Negotiation & Deal ExecutionDevelop partnership proposals, including pricing, incentives, and joint value propositions.Lead commercial negotiations and support contracting with Legal and Finance.Ensure agreements are scalable, commercially sound, and aligned with company objectives.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with Marketing on co-branded campaigns, content, events, and awareness initiatives.Collaborate with Product, Clinical, and Operations teams to support integrations, workflows, and customer experience.Provide partner insights that inform the product roadmap and market strategy.Performance, Reporting & GrowthEstablish KPIs and track partner performance across revenue, engagement, activation, and customer outcomes.Deliver regular reporting to leadership on pipeline health and partnership impact.Identify expansion, upsell, and optimisation opportunities within existing partnerships.Experience & QualificationsMust Have3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or ecosystem growth.Experience in digital health, consumer health, diagnostics, wellness, women’s health, maternal/infant health, or SaaS.Proven success sourcing, negotiating, and scaling partnerships that drive measurable business impact.Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical, brand, and commercial stakeholders.Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage environmentNice to HaveExperience with OBGYN practices, fertility clinics, wellness practitioners, or diagnostic labs.Familiarity with early-life or family health (not required but beneficial).Experience with consumer health brands or subscription-based products.Exposure to scientific, clinical, or regulated environments.
