Payroll Associate

Responsibilities:In-charge of end to end payroll processingConsolidate Timekeeping Reports from different departmentsIn - charge in tracking the leaves of employeesPrepares 2316 and Final Pay computation for the resigned employeesPrepares payroll reports, journal entries, funding requirements and other needed reports that will be requested by the Finance teamInvestigate and resolve payroll queries and accommodate payroll disputes ahead of timePrepares user manual for employee useIn – charge in processing of Government statutory such as HDMF, Philhealth and SSS Remittances and Loans every monthReconciliate year to date income and prepare the Alpha listing report to be submitted to BIRWith in depth knowledge in manual computation of tax, overtime, night differential etcIntensive experience in processing of BIR annualizationPrepared Alphalist and liaised to the BIR for submission of Year Tax annualization related documentsAttend inquiries of the employees regarding Payroll and benefitsConduct payroll orientation for new hiresUnderstand the dependencies that exist within the HR and Finance departmentIdentify and propose solutions for process improvementsAssist with special projects, as requestedKnowledge, Skills, Experience:Has an experience processing payroll for a BPO or Shared Services Company for 1-2 yearsWith in-depth knowledge in manual computation of tax, overtime, night differential, holiday premiums, and/ or time-based deductions etcIntensive experience in processing of BIR annualizationUnderstand the dependencies that exist within the HR and Finance departmentMust be updated with Payroll Regulations and Information of the countryMust possess a “customer first” mindsetWhy Join Us?Head: Access to career development programs that help you grow professionally and personallyHeart: Be part of a people-first culture that values your contributions and supports your aspirationsHustle: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your hard work and dedication are celebratedAt Ubiquity, we’re more than a workplace—we’re a community that’s invested in your success.
