You report directly to leadership and ensure direction is executed accurately throughout the organisation.At M.INTERIOR, we are redefining the way design & build is experienced in Singapore — elevating the way homeowners experience professionalism, accountability, and design that is never compromised.Check out our culture and values:https://www.m-interior.co/careersWe're committed to reviewing each application thoroughly and will get in touch with you if we think you can potentially be a success in this role.--------------------How to succeed in this roleThe Role & ResponsibilitiesHR Engagement & DocumentationMaintain organised HR records, staff files, contracts, and all employee documentation.Track attendance, punctuality, leave (annual, medical, unpaid), probation, confirmations, and performance check-ins with discipline.Oversee onboarding and offboarding to ensure clarity, structure, and consistency.Communicate HR policies, SOPs, and expectations clearly across the organisation.Monitor behaviour, documentation compliance, and discipline; escalate issues when required.Recruitment & Manpower CoordinationManage job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.Assess cultural alignment and attitude fit early in the hiring process.Maintain the recruitment pipeline with timely updates and follow-through.Coordinate manpower allocation across design, technical, and construction teams.Track staffing needs, hiring timelines, and resourcing movements based on project demand.Culture & Internal AlignmentSupport leadership in embedding cultural standards, discipline, communication norms, and accountability.Reinforce behaviour frameworks through daily interactions and consistent enforcement.Plan and coordinate internal engagement activities that strengthen alignment and cohesion.Observe team dynamics and flag issues that compromise standards or productivity.Maintain clarity and consistency in communication to reduce noise and support alignment.Administrative & Documentation ControlMaintain organised and accurate filing systems across HR, administration, and project documentation.Ensure all POs, SOs, invoices, receipts, vendor documents, staff claims, and project submissions are properly documented and stored.Update bookkeeping entries, including expenses, vendor invoices, payment logs, and reimbursement claims.Prepare complete monthly documentation folders for external accountants, ensuring all supporting documents are included.Track documentation deadlines across teams and enforce discipline in timely submission.Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of all sensitive information.--------------------What you’ll need to succeedSkills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong capability in HR documentation, compliance, onboarding, and internal communication.Experience with PO/invoice workflows and basic bookkeeping.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs).Familiarity with Xero.QualificationsDiploma or degree in Human Resource Management, or related fields.2–5 years of HR experience.Demonstrated involvement in culture-building, engagement initiatives, or behavioural frameworks.Personal AttributesAligned with leadership; objective, firm, and reliable in upholding standards.High attention to detail and consistency in follow-through.Strong judgement on when to enforce, when to act, and when to escalate.Comfortable interfacing across multiple teams.Steady, structured, and accountable in all areas of work.--------------------Interview ProcessIf you’re selected to interview, here’s what you can expect:Introduction: Email/call/textRound 1: Interview with a member of leadershipRound 2: Interview with CEO and leadership team (if required)We're always on the lookout for great people and talent — and that means being committed to being a diverse and inclusive workplace.
