This role combines deep expertise in user experience design with hands-on knowledge of front-end technologies. As a design leader, you will guide product teams in delivering intuitive, scalable, and accessible experiences that delight users and drive business outcomes. Your ability to bridge the gap between design and development will be key to creating seamless collaboration between UX, product, and engineering teams. In this role, you will:   Own and drive the end-to-end UX strategy for multiple key infrastructure products setting the standard for design quality and innovation.  Partner with product managers and engineers to define product direction, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.  Lead and mentor designers, setting best practices in UX, interaction design, and design systems.  Use Figma to design, prototype, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in real time.  Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs, providing guidance on interaction patterns and front-end integration.  Contribute to the development and adoption of the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across applications.  Translate complex user needs and workflows into simple, elegant design solutions.  Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centered design throughout the product development lifecycle.  Your background:  A bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Graphic Design, or Product Design is preferred. Equivalent professional experience, typically 6-8 years in UX/product design, including 2–3 years in a senior or principal-level role - will also be considered.
