Guided by our values, Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Diversity, and Driven, we’re committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and our people.About The RoleReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Procurement Officer will support group-wide purchasing activities by managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring compliance with Autoleague’s procurement frameworks.This role is strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, optimising processes, and delivering strong commercial outcomes across our dealerships and support functions.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with manufacturers and suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes for Autoleague.Maintain accurate procurement and contract records to ensure compliance with group policies and purchasing procedures.Collaborate with dealership managers, service teams, and department heads to forecast demand and manage stock and supply requirements.Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve procurement processes.Support Finance/Administration with consolidated purchasing data, cost insights, and group reporting needs.About YouYou’re commercially savvy, organised, and confident in managing supplier relationships and procurement processes.
