It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionDesign, implement, and manage rewards redemption programs and initiatives aligned with business objectives.Ensure a seamless customer redemption journey by enhancing redemption channels and redemption processes including fulfillment time.Monitor and analyze redemption performance to ensure alignment with business goals; identify gaps and recommend solutions where necessary.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance) to ensure smooth program execution.Establish and maintain robust controls and processes to support program integrity and compliance.RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years working experience and above, preferably from financial services institution with credit card business background or institution with loyalty programMinimum Degree holderCreative, proactive and strong interpersonal skillsStrong interest in system and processesStrong strategic and analytical skillsGood communication and experience in managing partner relationshipAdditional RequirementsBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
