With category expertise in full‑collection menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, infant toddler; we specialize in denim, outerwear, activewear, loungewear/sleepwear, trusted by top retailers.About the RoleWe’re seeking a detail‑driven Production Manager to lead end‑to‑end production across Men’s. You’ll manage calendars, WIP/PTR reporting, costings, factory allocations, and testing/compliance — partnering closely with Design, Merchandising, Sales, Technical Design, Logistics, agents, and overseas factories to deliver on‑time, on‑cost, on‑quality product.How You’ll Contribute·        Drive daily communication with Design, Merchandising, Sales, Technical Design, Logistics, agents, and factories.·        Maintain Production Tracking Reports (PTR) / WIP reports to ensure on‑time delivery; escalate risk and build recovery plans.·        Assist manager with cost breakdowns and margin management; track FOBs, yields, and chargebacks to hit targets.·        Maintain seasonal factory allocations and recaps aligned to capacity, lead time, and risk.·        Follow up with agents and factories on all testing and compliance requirements; ensure approvals are on file.·        Track all sample deliverables (proto/fit/PP/TOP/salesman samples) and follow up on all sample deliveries.·        Answer emails accurately and promptly; communicate status updates across the division.·        Prepare for meetings on time; capture accurate notes during meetings and fittings; publish action items.·        Continuously follow up on revisions, adds, drops, and calendar changes to ensure implementation.·        Maintain complete product files: approvals, orders, PTR, test reports, and tech packs; keep data audit‑ready.What You Bring to the Team·        Experience in fashion/apparel production across Menswear is a must.·        Some prior experience in apparel sourcing or factory/vendor management.·        Understanding of brand price points, margin expectations, and cost components.·        Understanding of SKU plans for Main line and OP line; awareness of our customer and competitors.·        Knowledge of garment production; familiarity with fabric constructions and weights.·        Proficiency with PLM, Excel, and Word; comfortable working with technical packages (tech packs).·        Proactive, initiative‑taking problem solver who works well as part of a team and offers solutions.·        Change‑ready mindset focused on streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and supporting company growth.Why Join o5 group·        Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.·        401(k) + company‑paid life insurance.·        Paid Time Off (PTO) + company holidays.·        Commuter benefits.·        Hybrid/flexible schedule.·        Family‑oriented culture.·        Responsibility & Sustainability — at o5 group this spans economic, social, and environmental impact.ApplyTo apply, please send your resume to jobs@o5group.com.
