Job Title: Program ManagerLocation: Remote - EST or CST OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-priority, enterprise-wide initiative focused on creating a Source of Truth for 10 projects across Operations (7 projects) and Quality (3 projects) domains. This initiative is critical for consolidating decentralized work and establishing a unified view, standards, and reporting framework. The PM will partner with technical resources, leaders, and existing PMs to centralize efforts, ensure alignment, and deliver a comprehensive plan that supports communication across the enterprise. Compensation: $65-$74/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Oversight & ConsolidationDevelop and maintain a consolidated project plan for all 10 initiatives.Establish standards and best practices for engagement, documentation, and reporting.Create a unified view of progress, including dashboards and status reports for leadership.Stakeholder Engagement & CoordinationFacilitate discussions with internal teams and clients to capture end-user experience and requirements.Coordinate validation, acceptance testing, and feedback loops between build teams and clients.Organize end-user education sessions and office hours for training (3,000+ users).Process & Standards DevelopmentDefine expectations for client engagement and documentation across phases.Develop a playbook for future initiatives.Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and resource optimization.Execution & TrackingConsolidate key artifacts: reports in scope, source systems, platforms/tools, mapping to future state.Track progress across evaluation, build, testing, validation, and training phases.Create and manage epics in Jira; monitor work and escalate blockers.Desired QualificationsExperience:Proven track record as a Project Manager in complex, multi-project environments.Familiarity with analytics/data initiatives and ability to understand technical concepts (no hands-on coding required).Strong skills in documentation, planning, and stakeholder management.Technical Understanding:Knowledge of data platforms/tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MS tools).Ability to assess source systems and data flow for future-state planning.Education:Bachelor’s degree
