Program Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex aeronautics projects from conception to delivery. This role involves overseeing cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget management, and quality control, and collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing client relationships, coordinating between engineering, procurement, and quality teams, and driving continuous improvement within aeronautics programs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute program plans to meet technical, schedule, and budget objectives.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain).Manage client and stakeholder communications, ensuring transparency and alignment.Conduct regular program reviews to track progress, resolve risks, and ensure compliance.Drive process improvements, risk management, and quality assurance activities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, aerospace, or related field; PMP certification preferred.5 to 10 years in program management within aerospace or defense sectors.Strong understanding of aeronautics systems, regulations, and production lifecycles.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsBonus : PMP Certifed
