With a strong pipeline of projects and a collaborative team culture, we’re focused on delivering quality outcomes while prioritizing the health and safety of our people and the environment.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified and proactive Project Administrator with a strong background in Rope Access.An IRATA Level 3 certification is highly desirable, along with proven experience in coordinating rope access operations and supporting project administration, contract management, and stakeholder communication.The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between field execution and project coordination — ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency across all phases of work.Key Responsibilities:Project & Contract SupportRespond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, schedules, project scope, or personnel.Manage project documentation, including timesheets, permits, variation logs, SWMS, and equipment registers.Liaise with subcontractors, ensuring compliance and reporting on scope variations or work order changes.Collaborate with engineers, architects, asset owners, and senior stakeholders to achieve project milestones.Assist senior management in project planning, reporting, and implementation of operational issuesAdministration & ReportingPrepare and review submissions, progress reports, and rope access project documentation.Collect and analyze operational data, incident reports, and job outcomes to identify areas for improvement.Participate in site coordination meetings, audits, and inspections s a project administration representative.Support office logistics, including coordination of equipment storage and temporary field office arrangements.Project Coordination & ComplianceCoordinate rope access and on-site activities in compliance with project schedules, WHS requirements and IRATA standards.Support compliance processes by assisting in the preparation of Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Risk Assessments, and procedural documentation.Ensure all project-related equipment and materials are properly logged, inspected, maintained, and recorded in compliance registers.Respond effectively to site-based incidents or changes in project scope.Required Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience as a Project Administrator, Project Manager, or in a related role. Diploma on a relevant field or 3 years of experienceIRATA Level 3 certification (current, with up-to-date logbook entries).Minimum 2 years of rope access experience, including leadership within industrial or commercial projects.Demonstrated experience in project documentation, budget monitoring, and variation management.Current industry-recognized tickets (e.g., Confined Space, EWP, First Aid, Gas Test Atmosphere).Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder liaison and reporting. Ability to balance technical supervision with administrative responsibilities.Desirable Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of WHS practices and experience supporting incident reporting and compliance documentation.Ability to quote small scopes and estimate project timelines.Possession of high-risk work license's (Rigging, Scaffolding, Dogging).
